• When registering for the tournament, participants must provide their first name, last name, as well
as city or club.
• Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data.
• Public filming and photography during the event must be coordinated with the organizer.
• Participants’ travel, accommodation, meals, or other expenses related to the competition are covered
by the participants or their representing organizations.
• Each adult participant is personally responsible for ensuring their health condition is suitable for the
competition.
• The parents or the organization that registers the minor participant are responsible for the health
condition of the minor.
• These competitions are public events and may be covered in the media, including capturing your
participation. Photography and filming may occur during the event for public information purposes
in accordance with Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Photos and videos
will be published on chess and sports-related websites and their social media accounts. Tournament
results will be published on www.chess-results.com. Data processing term – permanent.
• The organizers have the right to make necessary changes to the tournament rules before the start of
the tournament.
• The organizers have the right to deny a participant entry to the tournament without explanation.
• The organizers’ decision is final.
